Through the online resident portal.
- What happens if a resident is locked out of their apartment?
Call the after-hours emergency maintenance number.
- How do I pay for my utilities?
Water/Sewer/Garbage are billed through Conservice and posted with rent on the 1st . Electricity is through Springfield Utility Board (SUB) and they set up their own account through them. Internet is provided for free.
- What are my options for paying rent?
Money Order, Cashiers Check or Online Resident Portal with Debit, Credit and or ACH

Application Process
- How long does it take for an application to be approved?
Usually within 48 hours dependent on screening.
- If I want to hold an apartment, how do I do that?
You would apply and put the $250 holding deposit down after approval. We can only hold the unit up to two weeks from the date the unit is available.
- Are there any move in charges?
Application fee of $58.

We have a seasonal pool, laundry room and a tennis court and basketball hoop.

No parking fee
- Is there parking available?
Yes, each apartment home includes one assigned parking spot. Any spots that do not have a number are guest parking or secondary vehicle parking.
